Fuck yes at this lineups midfield Allegri and me think alike in this instance Much rather play more varied with Dybala starting and Cuad benched. Only wish Pereyra was available...

This would have been our primary lineup had we got a proper trequartista in the summer. Hopefully we start clicking and use Pereyra once he's fit in the same lineup, at least in Serie A

Means 4 man defence that gives us more balance and mobility to push forward. Means Dybala instead of Mandzu which means alot more creative options and movement. Means Cuadrado doesnt start which he would if Dybala was benched, gives us more varied type of attacks and again creativity. Also means Morata is not missplaced to the wing and plays as CF closer to goal as he should.


All in all, its ideal, except for Hernanes, but you work with what you get. Cuadrado is too jaded and lost in his performances now and we need to build a way to play thats not entirely depended on his extremely unbalanced and mismatched way to things, as we did vs Atalanta.

He played AM vs Chievo, and was so slow, bad and selfish that he was moved to CM regista quickly in 2nd half.
