I didn't see this good game, quite the opposite, but he was among the Motm candidates along with Locatelli, so I might have missed something.
He isn't an adventurous player, but he never lost the ball, was good in possession, allways available and rarely got beat on his flank.

This was a game where the better starters were all the more defensive or safe playing guys. Loca, Savona, Bremer or Gattibauer.

Anyone who had any creative or risk taking duties failed this game out of starters.

Best part of the game was Koop waving his arms and shouting for everyone to push forward.

Savona man of the match for me but isn't explosive enough to offer anything offensively. Will make a good CB some day.

Vlahovic was awful and is a serious issue when off form. A back up striker is needed badly.

Everything else was as expected. Still early days so wouldn't worry about the performance too much.

No, he was easily beaten once in the final third and he had one stupid long ball sent to the crowd. Wasted spot in the team. Offered absolutely nothing.

And that situation when Vlahovic didn't pass to Conceicao should never happen in a serious team.

so how come pentalty was not awarded to roma for when bremer touched the ball with his hand?

i was told the inter mafia isn't hididing it at this point and will convert every decision against juve?

that's what @s4tch told me

Weak starting lineup and/or Vlahovic's poor touches cost us the game.

Bremer looks awkward in possession to the left.

McKennie was clearly positionally confused when entering.

All new signings showed glimpses of their qualities.

Ashamed #9 wasn't good today but 7 points after 3 matches upbeat about Motta and the team. Especially the youthful players and potential Motta appears to see in them that Max wouldn't even have given them the slightest chance of playing.

dusan started well, but lost focus on second half.
So did cambiaso, early on, those two where the only thing pushing forwards and gaining some ground.
Conceicao was much better than expected. Gonzalez too.
I did expect koop and Luiz to make a positive appearance.

I expected a draw, but hoped to see more from the new players, see us finally deploying an attacking plan, see us keeping the clean sheet and keep our hopes and momentum for the future.
It was an ugly match, but still. much better than what we had last year, let's just build on that !

Third game under a new manager with several new faces in the team...not entirely surprised of this result against a rival club.

7 points and equal top after 3 rounds isn't bad at all considering we were signing 3 players in the final couple of days in the market.

The lost points are on Thiago Motta.
Please stop this dumb experiment with the next gen players. Keep Kenan and send the others back to the youth team. Play your best players and stop tinkering.
I think that's exactly what he tried to do; not tinker at all and instead just keep the elements that worked incredibly well in the first two games.
