The problem we have with Molinaro's poor crossing for me just highlights the zero creativity we have from midfield. It looked like we were playing percentages yesterday - expecting one of Molinaro's numerous crosses to be good quality, problem is, he never delivers.

It's frustrating because it's a tactic we see every game. Apparently I'm not a real fan for saying it, but he can't cut it in a Juve shirt.

Here is the evidence. Their 1-0 is an offside goal.
:agree: That angle shows he took a step before the ball was kicked that made him off side. The linesman was in a good position to see that and he was wrong to keep his flag down.

it doesnt matter the refrees have always given decision in favour of inter this season and mostly against juve this season
:agree: ..and not just against us! The little I saw of the Roma match and the soft decisions in favour of camelface and co. showed that il topo sporco has the refs in his pocket.

Honestly , i wouldn't too harsh againts the Referee's , they were made loads of decisive againts us this season , that was sucks , but don't forget another factor that make us couldn't easily turn the matches againts small clubs into Goals party or kick some asses in the big matches , yeahh , because of our "genious" Board and coach didn't do a real big signing and still refused to move quickly to secured VDV or even KJH deal and seems to get Sissoko here :faq1: or even sold some good players, I would take Tiago as the big one , but since Ranieri ruined his confidence , everything gone wrong .

Sorry , I miss Moggi because of his Intelligence no matter what he did for us decades ago .

lets keep fight back and back to our Glorious time

We should blame Andy for wanting Tiago to play :D

Seriosly, some people should understand that ,with our defense, when we play tough home matches and when we play away matches where other teams attack us, we are simply forced to play with two defensive midfielders. That's a fact, wanted to admit or not.

Now, if we have to play these matches with 2 defensive midfielders and if you want Tiago to play then we'll either have to play without a proper ML or without a proper MR.

If Ranieri started with Marchionni instead of Tiago then everyone would have been on Ranieri's back for not playing Tiago.
Now when he started with Tiago but without a MR we blame Ranieri for playing Nocerino on the right side.
And if we started with both Tiago and Marchionni and sacrificed one of Zanetti/Nocerino all of us would have attacked Ranieri when we would have been raped in the midfield.

Can someone tell me how shall we play against the teams that don't just sit back and wait for us to destroy them ?
most of us quoting you, and i thank you instead of them for teaching them a thing a two every time ...

Catania chief rues Juve luck

Catania President Antonino Pulvirenti was disappointed with Juventus’ late penalty award, but he refused to criticise the officials.

The Elefanti had been minutes away from a historic first win over the Old Lady in 43 years, but Alessandro Del Piero converted a controversial penalty in injury time.

The fans at the Stadio Massimino reacted furiously to the decision to give a spot-kick, as it seemed Marco Biagianti played the ball when he tripped Del Piero.

“The penalty that they were awarded left a bitter taste, but I’m not calling the referee’s honesty into question,” Pulvirenti stressed.

“There were mistakes yesterday from the referee, but I think that the officials are having a good season.

“We are relaxed because humans make mistakes – there isn’t the same venom and suspicion that there was in calcio.

“Pierluigi Collina is working well with the young referees who are very good and without fear.”

As the players shook hands during the 'terzo tempo’, sections of the Catania support chanted “thieves” at the Juventus team and Pulvirenti refused to condemn their reaction.

“You can’t gag the people,” he insisted. “On the whole is was a great day of sport and it confirmed what good fans we have.”

It was also a positive start to 2008 for Catania as they look to maintain their position in mid-table.

“We were close to victory. We have secured some prestigious wins at home, such as our triumph over Palermo,” Pulvirenti said.

“We have to improve on the road, but we are having a positive season.”

Catania’s next task is an equally demanding trip to Roma’s Stadio Olimpico.

No president or coach in their right mind would talk about a dubious goal that was in favour of their team. And if you look he only said that he won't make a fuss about the Juve penalty cause it was the referee's decision and an honest one.

Just imagine, we are beating Inter 1-0 in the Delli Alpi, then in injury time they get a dubious penalty, do you think the Juve fans are going to cheer? They are obviously going to jeer at them, and call them cheats/thieves/corrupt etc.
