Come on dude, I know you are perfectly capable of discussing things without stooping to such lows. You're one of the best posters here when you want to be, don't know why you insist on strawmanning & misrepresentations so often.

I did not say it was 50/50, at all. I flat out said it was improbable a few posts before yours here. But it has come down to just two games here, and that means a lot of things are a lot more probable right now. If you roll a dice 10 times it's borderline impossible to get a 1 with all tries, but if you roll it just two times that might just happen. Similarly, I can see Juve having two bad/unlucky games, but not 10.

So do I believe we're going to lose the Scudetto? No, of course not. We're easily favorites against both Bologna & Crotone and our record bumping back from defeats has been very strong. But it has become something I can realistically imagine.

You disagree here, that's fine.

Di you really expect to beat Roma away without Dybala, Chiellini, Dani Alves, Alex Sandro, Khedira?
Honestly, its perfectly acceptable to lose, if we gave it our all, even in their absence. We came to play for a draw, and even went a goal up. The team may or may not have been good enough to get the intended result, but the attitude on the pitch didn't reflect like we were there to tie up the title. We played like we had already won the title, and that is where criticism is due, if at all.

I hate losing as much as anyone, but I also like to think of the positives. Had we won the Scudetto last Sunday, the celebrations may have gotten in the way of being focused against Lazio. Also, teams may become desperate when they lose all motivation. We saw it against Monaco. When that frustration of playing in vain sets in opponents can get vicious. Defeating Roma in their own stadium and winning the Scudetto there would have exposed us to some potentially serious phsyical abuse from their players. Not wise with a game on Wednesday and a CL final in the coming weeks. We lost against Roma, they were happy on the night, now we will the scudetto another day. Very mature way of handling it. The only pity is the 3-1 margin, because now our head-to-head goes their way.

The issue is that we're not rolling the dice.

If players like Benatia, Sturaro and Lemina had more playing time, it would have been a different story. The positioning and not ceasing under pressure is only something you learn if you play more often. While its something you can try drilling in training, you cant create the same pressure without having to experience it. Roma pressed hard and we crumbled, we lost our zonal markers and gave them too much space. Its a learning curve with a potential cost.

If they had more playing time we might not have been 1st now. And Benatia is 29 and played at Bayern and Roma..

Not true, there were occassions we could have rested some of the first teamers. These players aint that bad, as you say Benatia played at Bayern and Roma, at one point he was a beast in serie A. What happened was that he played in a big game and wasnt sharp or ready for Roma's intensity, now you tell me why wasnt he ready for it?

He made mistakes in almost every game he played, not just against roma.
