zaniolo is ready to sue roma because he thinks that the club is responsible for the threats he received

only in serie a
not really funny to me, Roma is acting like a total assholes lately. The Karsdorp case is a big shame for any proffesional club. First coach gives an interview where he publicly bashes one certain player (everyone knows who he is) and removes him from the squad. Few months later when they cant sell the guy the coach says he can be back to the team just needs to apologize. Apologize for what really? its the coach that devastated the relation on his presser, he just made a mistake in the game.

Editorial by Guido Vaciago from Tuttosport:

No one dare to say that we discovered about the “fictitious” plusvalenze and the pre-orders using the intercepts from the Turin Prosecutor.

To program them in advance, calculating which number is needed to help the accounts through a systematic mechanism which has upset so much the Federal Court of Appeals is a well-established practice in the Italian football at the point of having its Champions or, even better, its “King”, like Piero #Ausilio, the esteemed sporting director of #Inter, one of the best in the mercato and in the youth management who, on July 2nd 2019 was called the «the king of the plusvalenze» and not by “hostile” or “opposing” media, but from fcinter1908.it or fcinternews.it. According to the celebratory news, the owners of #Inter had determined that 40M€ were needed and the director started to do plusvalenze and succeeded at it.

Sifting throughTransfertmarkt one can learn that #Vanheusden was sold in the summer of 2019 to #StandardLiege for 11.74M€, and then bought back by #Inter on July 13th 2021 for 16.2M€ (when his value according to the website was only 2). #Pinamonti was bought by #Genoa on Sept 1st 2020 at 19.5M€ (estimated value at 13.5) and then on Sept 18th 2020 he was bought back by #Inter for 21M€. None, let it be clear, none of these deals were illegal and violated any rules. Unless if one sees it as what is being claimed that arranging the plusvalenze and then putting them into action in a systematic way would be a serious violation of Article 4.

Juve also spent a lot of real money, which has now disappeared, Serie A falls

Today it’s clear for everyone how important the weight of the money from the Bianconeri was

There is no doubt that the black & white club was the one that in the last ten years, and far above all the other ones, invested the biggest money in the Serie A market. Money that circulated and allowed the other clubs to spend.

Exactly. Let these fuckers dry out without our money. No more Higuains, Bremers, Pjanics, Vlahovics, Locatellis, Chiesas, Dybalas etc.
We should pump money into Next Gen instead to get squad players in a less expansive way and exchange those that are only good enough for a mediocre Serie A club for their more talented players + money.

The lawyer Spallone to @Juventibus: "That #Juventus is listed on the stock exchange should be extraneous to the sports law. All the more reasons for the claimed independence of the sports system. Otherwise we should distinguish also between clubs held by funds or family-run groups"

⏳ The appeal by #Juventus to the Sport Guarantee Board of CONI is ready: the club will reiterate its position on the plusvalenze topic through also "new" official documents from the last shareholders' meeting.

- - - Updated - - -

A strict rule on the plusvalenze is on the way, the Government has secured the amendment to the ‘Decreto Milleproroghe’ (Thousand-Exception Decree) with new restrictive rules which aim to discourage deals without the transfer of money.

Watch this ‘Decreto Milleproroghe’ being back-dated and only applied to Juve :baus:

So the "buying" club sends €1 or €1000 to the selling club in the exchange, really hard workaround.
if this is their "solution" it's a ridiculous one. companies can have their own settlements between themselves. if cagliari owes bologna 1m and bologna owes 1.2m due to a swap, it makes no sense to transfer 1m one way and 1.2m the other way, it's lawful and logical to transfer 0.2m one way. simply put cash flow has nothing to do with the balance sheet and income statement anyway. deals without the transfer of the money only could happen in case the players' values were the same.

figc is run by incompetent idiots isn't it

guy's right, the different narrative can't be ignored. even half of tuz followed it.

yeah, but the problem is that this Milan team has played good football before, so u can see it worked in the past. With Juve bar maybe 2 or 3 games, we are always shit, even with the injuries there is no explaining that we are loosing to the weakest team regularly for around two years now.

point is that once milan had a busy schedule and some injuries they collapsed. juve always had the most internationals, most players at the world cup, plenty of injuries. are those two situations different just because milan play more attacking football lol
