We're making the same mistake we made pre-Calciopoli -- we say, who gives a shit what they say, we're winning, fuck the losers.

We need to be more agressive, people need to realise they just cant throw accusations like this, that it will hurt them.

I am getting really worried.

RAI chief: 'Juventus control VAR'
By Football Italia staff
VAR-screen-epa_7.jpg

In a bizarre rant, new director of Rai 2 Carlo Freccero has accused Juventus of “occupying all of VAR” and “manoeuvring” the sport.
It was an unexpected turn of events during the presentation press conference of the man in charge of decision-making at the Italian equivalent of BBC2, a State-run broadcaster.
When asked if he would try to bring more football coverage back to RAI, who have the rights to the Coppa Italia and the Italian Super Cup, as well as some Champions League games, his response was unusual.
“I only watch the Premier League now, because Juventus always win in Italy. That’s because they have occupied all of VAR, it’s something out of this world.
“All of the VARs are controlled by them. They’re manoeuvring, doing this, that and the other… it’s irritating. Forza Roma!”
It's not clear if he was referring to the Video Assistant Referee officials in the booth or the technology itself.
It remains to be seen if Juventus will respond with a statement or even a boycott of interviews to the State broadcaster.

Juve should sue his ass
 That's brilliant

definitely av material

If this was some random hobo I wouldnt give two cents. But we have chief of national television making serious accusation. Person in that position should weigh statements and avoid inflamatory speach. Bc millions of other idiots will take that at face value. Then the same people wonder why is there a growing case of violence at games... Cretin.

Also the dumb fuck is acting against interest of his station, by promoting foreign league, while indirectly advising people, their viewers, to avoid Serie A. Serie A will always get more coverage on Rai than any of other foreign leagues, so basically he is telling us to switch channel. :lol2: Surely Rai's executive body needs to take action.

he will be on RAI Sport's mercato show tomorrow to clarify his words...
Sure, I bet as soon as this monstrosity went out, their (Rai) legal team have been working on a statement. But he didnt leave them much room for maneuver. Usually you are more ambiguous so that you can track back, leave some backdoor. Pretty straight forward guy this one with Forza Roma to spice it up. Shocking.

they too dumb to understand that without us they'll be playing in a Serie A of the level of the Malaysian 3rd division.
they should know by now after the first one...we got stronger and they got shittier.
It's so dumb. One would think the league and the news outlets should be happy about how Juve is representing their shitty country...instead you get those numbnuts.

Schick hires mental coach
By Football Italia staff

Roma striker Patrik Schick has started working with mental coach Jan Muhlfeit in a bid to end his dismal form.
The Czech international turns 23 later this month and cost €14m plus up to another €8m in performance-related bonuses from Sampdoria in the summer of 2017.
However, he has scored only five goals with one assist in 44 competitive appearances for the Giallorossi.
Schick’s performances have been sluggish and he missed some extraordinary sitters, so he has taken new steps to rediscover his lost confidence.
Czech mental coach Jan Muhlfeit confirmed via Instagram that he has taken on Schick as a client.
“Looking forward to cooperate in the field of mental coaching with Patrik Schick member of Czech national footbal team and Roma player.”

Good thing we didn't sign this guy. One player in need of constant mental coaching on our team is enough. :lol2:
