Sooooooo if he is 24-25 years old, what is the point in bringing him back if we aren't going to use him now? If he doesn't feature in the plans of a Juventus completely changing its' image then what makes anyone think he will next year or in two years when he is 25-26? By that point we will have either already A) produced his next replacement or B) bought the replacement.

This move makes absolutely no sense for "us" whatsoever but perfect sense for which ever team takes him on a bargain.

If he plays really well we will bring him back and he can be a part of our squad, that's the benefit we (potentially) have. As it is he is just wasting away here.

Not really, if he shines his value will rise high and Parma won't be able to afford him nor his salary demands for the matter.
That works until it doesn't. Just because he does well doesn't mean he won't take a lesser of a pay raise because he wants to stay at a club that actually plays him.

This foolish crap has been seen before, but I guess we can't learn from mistakes.

Not to mention often times the player gets stuck in a tug of war battle between two clubs. That must be so frustrating wondering where you will be from day to day. No stability and for a young player must be annoying trying to establish yourself in one club, thrown to another to do the same to either stay or try and go back. As a young player with out any stability must not be good for development.

Who exactly are you referring to?
Criscito. He ended up wanting to stay with Genoa because we didn't give him a chance. I wouldn't be surprised if the same happened to Giovinco, along with several other players in the future if we continue on this course.

But yes, I understand that if Giovinco wants to stay at Parma, they'll be a lot of "fuck you traitor" comments to Seba from the camp around here, even though it will be totally our fault.

I don't think so either. But hey, playing time is all that matters, right?
