Dude, try to download something like MAPS.me where you can download maps for offline use and only GPS. This needs pre-planning, though. you need the cell signals to share the waypoints before you go mobilize as mobile data may get messed up.

i really hope so, but it looks very grim atm, we have very little anti air capabilities left. Also moral took a hit yesterday when Biden said that EU blocks Swift ban for Russia. It was always unlikely, but learning that Germany, Italy, Hungary and Cyprus are still against it kind of made the whole thing even less fun.

The delay could also be due to finding alternative gas sources, who knows. Sooner or later EU countries have to bow and deny Russia access to the swift system

they will try to make Ukraine a puppet state with a pro russian government somehow. Sanctions will most likely be kept in place as long as the invasion is ongoing.
