The Gunners captain refused to be drawn into criticism of Arsène Wenger’s transfer policy, with many questioning his failure to secure adequate replacements for departed players earlier in the summer.
“I’m not a technical director and coach, I have no input in to it,” the forward insisted.

this is the same think from arsetalk but its says that we get more information in the up coming hours. So maybe its true and that this interview was recorded after he agreed to terms with Juventus and is waiting for Juventus and Arsenal to agree to terms.
