Surely they would have to get Ibra's wages off their bill first. I doubt it would happen though. Why would Van Persie pass up a rising Juventus to join a stagnant and declining Milan team.

If we pass on him due to his wage demands/Arsenal's transfer demands that is.

the thing about this article is that its coming from a popular english site. Very rarely do we see top players from the primier league being linked to italian clubs in english media. When we do, its either from football italia or tuttosport. I still think it's a win win though. Man city passes, then we sign RVP. Man city sign him. they sell dzeko, we buy dzeko. Done
