The goal was entirely due to Morata's talent, Pereyra was just in the right place to fire the rebound home.

However he had what was probably his best match in a Juventus jersey by far. He looked really damn good.
Feels like we keep saying this about Pereyra from the start of this year he's really improving.

Said for years we massively missed direct players, players who can and will run at the opposition and put them under pressure, force them to do something instead of just cover space as we nonchalantly pass it sideways and back to Bonucci. I wasn't sold on Pereyra at first, his end product was poor for a supposed CAM, but now he's in great form and we have a few players who force the opposition to actually defend. We look much better in Europe for it.

 Marcelo is cool but our south americans are really amazing and special. i hope Dybala turns out the same if we get him
Yeah man and if he doesn't I hope he turns into an iturde.

Our players have all came out so big on different occasions, there are so many :touched: moments with Martin and Vidal, pereyra is paving his own way beautifully too.

Best game after Dortmund one  Nice to see him alot more eager and hungry, defenitely growing past 2 months after some needed confidence.

Still think he's better playing deeper than CAM, his best work is when he breaks through the oppositions midfield with his close control. Kind of like how Vidal at CM makes GOAT runs in to the oppositions box but at CAM he has nowhere to run

That goes without saying, mezz'ala CM is alot more suited to him then AM where he is required to be alot more decisive then he is able to.

i'm pretty obsessed with stats, whoscored/squawka ratings and stuff. the thing is i can't see throught the numbers why pereyra is so good. (he's mighty fine, obviously.) i don't know what marotta and paratici had in mind when they signed pereyra, but they just nailed it.

They are extremely competent folks, with vast experience in top level football. People need to give them benefit of a doubt from now on. Certain signing might not make sense to us, average football enthusiasts, but be sure that any signing we make has been thoroughly examinated by them. Bringing Pereyra has made people question their sense of judgment, 15m for a player that seemed like good rotation prospect for the middle, but they obviously had seen something else, which requires more expertise. Juve have always had an eye for a talent, bringing players that hadn't excelled previously, coming here without too much clamor and often being written off beforehand, but quickly becoming champions and integral part of the team. Bobby P is one of these players.
