but sacking him and causing even more uncertainty would be counter-productive and could almost certainly see us having a nervous end to the season,
in my eyes he has the Milan game to show he is not completely incompetent and if we lose then i think he should do the honourable thing and fall on his sword

We have nothing to lose at all. And nothing to win to be honest. 2nd? 2nd or 3rd means nothing to me, even 4th. Genoa lost 2 times in a row, if they had win both, i would have agreed with you. The league is pathetic, so sacking him now won't make any difference. But what I am afraid is if things go back to normal, and we start winning, and we keep him for next season, and see the same scenario again and again..

nothing to lose?a managerless and directionless Juve loses 3 or 4-0 to milan and crushes the already fragile confidence of our players,we then drop further points and go into the last agme of the season with fiorentina breathing down our necks?:frown:
So wait Bozman, you say that Milan game is gona be the crunch match to decide Ranieri future? A game what has no meaning in success. Championships arent won by one game. We can pull a result against them and then loose points against midtable clubs again. I am with Snoop on this one.
I think we will do enough to manage top4 finish, the league isnt just that good, but Milan game wont have any significant impact on this at all.
watchin the first half of the season i had small hopes for a bright finish this year. now its all dark and scary i'm seriously scared abt next years CL spot
but to go into it managerless would be crazy, i am bitterly disappointed but lets put it into perspective, this is a dreadful season for us but even clubs like roma would love to have had the season we did, this squad will not win titles and the sooner we realize that the better.
hopefully a new manager, with new ideas and a stronger transfer strategy will see us regain pride next year
i get what you mean but sacking him before the milan game would be suicidal, we would eb as well just asking them to award Milan the win

I am not with the idea to bring another loser, what I am saying if there is the right coach (they should have looked for long time ago, these things can't be succesfull at the last days), I don't see any wrong replacing him now. Don't you guys say that new manager bring a fresh air, and gives a morale boost?
You are certain that Ranieri is leaving, I wish I was as much as you are. I still have the feeling we will continue with Ranieri next season. To be honest, this is my only concern.
i am not certain that he will leave but i would rather the BOD started looking NOW and had a head-start on the other top clubs who may be manager hunting this summer. that way we can get him in nice and early, start working towards a good transfer campaign and build towards a new season with renewed hope.
no top manager is going to walk away froma club at this stage of the season, and no top manager is going to come in at this stage of a season and risk being associated with a season that is perceived as a failure

these r quite solid reasons to be considered before people start asking for his departure now. the ac milan game is never meaningless. offcourse a win would be an upgrade to what we have been suffering as fans and as a team for the past month. after the season draws an end it would be the ideal time to kick him out. offcourse kickingh im out when we dont have a proper manager lined up would be exteremly dumb and please dont give me the " any other manager would do a better job" bec that obviously is'nt true the problem lies deep with in the board ranieri is just a manager who is toooooo nice to say NO and bends to there wishes.
Guys if any of you has al jazeera and understands arabic, tune in to al jazeera +1. Altobelli just claimed that rainieri isn't at fault for juventus struggles but the directors of the club, he states that with this team ranieri has done as much as he could, according to him 60 percent of our team aren't worthy of being in a club like juventus. He also states, that lippi is pressuring the board to sack ranieri so they can appoint conte as our coach and then after the world cup lippi is planning on becoming club director.

well said, sometimes it is hard to look at the bigger picture but while i am not averse to the BOd looking for a replacement, sacking him NOW would be counter-productive
