Pretty sure the likes of Del Piero, Baggio, Pirlo, Totti have a lot more carreer assists in Serie A than Dybs
They only started counting assists in the last 15 years. Since 2009/10. These are the top 10 assistmen in Serie A since they started counting assists:

01. Candreva 85
02. Berardi 80
03. Insigne 74
04. Hamsik 71
05. Pjanic 70
06. Papu Gomez 70
07. Dybala 63
08. Ilicic 60
09. Cuadrado 60
10. Luis Alberto 60

This doesn't say much, because it favors those who started their careers around 2009. Even so, Totti has 55 assists since 2009, when he was already deep in his 30s, so I would say that you're correct when you say that players like him, ADP and others had the most assists in serie A history.

He has the best G/A to minutes played ratio in serie A.

1. Dybala 1 G/A in 82.5 minutes
2. Scamacca 1 G/A in 88 min.
3. Lautaro 1 G/A in 98 min.
4. Giroud 1 G/A in 102 min.
5. Vlahovic 1 G/A in 104 min.
6. Osimhen 1 G/A in 105 min.
7. Lookman 1 G/A in 109 min.
8. Berardi 1 G/A in 120 min.
9. Thuram 1 G/A in 128 min.
10. De Ketelaere 1 G/A in 134 min.

His record is better than Haaland (1 G/A in 85) or Salah (1 G/A in 87), but he's behind Mbappe (1 G/A in 62), Kane (1 G/A in 64), Palmer (1 G/A in 75) and 3 other Bundesliga players.

Imagine Dusan under a proper coach in a well-oiled attacking system:tuttosport:
post pubalgia dusan is fine already this season. not excellent but fine. he'd be excellent if he could bury the easy chances more confidently. he missed almost 20 (17 iirc, didn't check) big chances which is an extremely high number. it's all about experience. i'm fine with keeping him around, although an agreement on how to spread his wages would be welcome

The vote came too soon after he left. I voted rookie in bad temper but I have no doubt in my mind that he should be in the legend section.

Definitely deserves a re-vote

Hypothetical question:
How many would gladly take him back since AA is gone and assuming Max is gone as wee?
with dybala for me it was always about his availability, not his quality. he is a very good player who makes things happen in the attacking 3rd. in the right setup he wins at least a dozen matches for the team, either with assists or goals. so for me it would be down to his physical condition.

this half crippled dybala = luxury player on low wages. as a starter i don't think that he could be able to play a full season with ~50 matches.

and i'm not a huge fan of dybala. i adored tevez and dybala's lack of testosterone felt like a letdown after the explosiveness and killer instinct of tevez. but we're way past that. look at our team now, dybala instead of milik+kean would easily add at least 15 points for the next few seasons. vlahovic, yildiz, chiesa, dybala + some winger subs wouldn't be bad. we'd need an other fitness team first though
