Easy to judge. We have all been there, leaving old jobs and moving on. Most of the time, employees take vacay or they are given less important tasks
Countless players and coaches knew they were leaving at seasons end and maintain their professionalism. He has no excuse.

Bologna's goal came from him going for the softest tackle ever and losing the ball

Overall its a small percentage and it requires considerable mental fortitude. Dybala clearly aint among those and Its ok. For someone who in general doesnt have high opinion on Dybala, you seem to have high expectations from him.

High expectations is to do the bare minimum until the end of the season?

he still has a contract. just not pay his wages for the last half season then, because he's been either injured or shit for a while.

and i'm not even a dybala hater. i just want him to respect his contract.
Unfortunately thats not how football world works. If he was normal worker, he's basically already getting fired by his company and should have leave already. But football cant operate in the same manner
This is more or less similar to Khedira or Ramsey situation. The only difference is Dybala still asked to play

those situations have nothing to do with each other. khedira and ramsey were under contract and asked to find new clubs which they failed. those players became surplus to requirements.

dybala is still starter material easily when he is available and takes his job seriously. unfortunately he's not concentrated at all.

Dybala is also surplus to requirement after Vlahovic came. If he's still starter material why the club dont want to renew him?
Like I said if he was normal worker he's already fired so why he should take his job seriously? But football players cant just freely leave before the window open.
Do you put 100% effort knowing you're getting fired the next day?

We should be keeping him. Who cares about the wages, it’s not our money, compared to other chumps he sees getting the dollar he is obviously going to seek betterment.

horrific from the management to not play this better. Bully boy tactics that are cutting our nose off to spite our face.

Nah man you just cant expect him to perform well anymore. Most players with the same situation as him would be frozen out from the first team already. Club basically told him his service is no longer needed but here they still asking him to play. This is amateurish from management
Fuck that. He is still getting paid. Juventus has zero fault in his shit performances.
