Now, you're just talking out of your ass, absolutely tripping. Luca Toni was a nobody, a journeyman striker who got his big break at 28 years of age. Before that, he was plying his trade for the likes of mighty Palermo and Brescia. He had 3-4 years playing at the highest level.
No starter can be called a non-factor IMO. Less impact than others maybe, but never non-factor.
Regarding Dybala: I respect you guys' loyalty to him, but trust me you will forget him the moment he's gone.
This won't be like the Vidal or Pogba sales.

True but that would largely depend on what kind of replacement Tici is going to bring.
Our midfield is suffering right now not exactly because we lost Vidal and Pogba, it's because the replacements have been subpar and underwhelming for a good 4-5 seasons now.
With him we got knocked out by Lyon... kind of the same thing... and his terrible form was a big part of getting knocked out by Ajax the previous year, and his red card a big part of getting knocked out by Madrid the year before that...
There is a middle ground, ya know. Dybala is a top class player but can be frustratingly inconsistent at times. Doesn’t mean we should sell him. Or that we shouldn’t pay him a reasonably high wage, but it means that he needs to improve his consistency too..

I agree that he needs to improve his consistency, but on average he is still a top 3 player in our team.
This obsession with bashing a top 3 player in our team is weird when there are so many players who are worse than him, players who are starting on a weekly basis and holding us back.
Most of this bashing is based around "he wants 15m", something that has never been confirmed.

So you'd want someone who'd be a marginal improvement over current version of Dybala?
I would've been convinced this would be the right move 3 years ago. Not now. It's not a good sign when Pocchettino prefers a young rookie like Kean over him.
