Meh, no one expected Pogba to be sold this summer even the most negative members and even when the rumours started we were sure he will remain, but it seems that at the first big offer we recieve for our player and they are willing to leave they are gone.

How it will be different with Dybala when some team throw ridiculous wages at him and a ridiculous fee for us, management hand will be tied again and we will sell.

If we can't keep our best players better we sign only italians, we knon we can keep those.

This wasn't the first big offer we received for Pogba.

Yes, if Dybala wants to leave in the future, as he has intimated before with his Barcelona love-in, then he will leave as well. For a huge fee. Why worry about that now? Let's see what happens between then. Who is expecting a foreigner who joins aged 21 to stay at a club forever?

So what then, just keep selling your best players when they wants to leave, keep changing lineups and players, this team had the potential to be a top contender year in and year out in the CL if we kept our players and added a few pieces the year we lost the CL. Yet we decide to do a revolution, same thing we are doing this year.

Altough i always said that Pogba is not worth the 100 mil and he never impacts the games in a constant basis as a player worth that money, we can't keep doing this every year.

We made some great moves this year and happy with all the acquisitions, not so much with the higuain fee ( a little shortsighted) and it seems that it wass only reactionary to the Pogba sale, i am only worried that this will became a trend and we will keep selling our best players every summer.

That's exactly what we are and need to do. Sell our best players. And once we are out of those sell the mediocre ones, and then once those are out sell the rest and = profit. Fuck the fans. Outrageous!

Until the day players see Juventus as the ultimate then yes is the answer. That's why we buy the best Italians.
Not really enough though. We need to be able to pay top top dollar. And be successful for some years so that the younger kids would grow up with us as being the ultimate and their childhood dream team.

Hard times ahead, many sleepless nights for lots of folks.

Money is the main issue here, the league is secondary.

Yeah but it helps if all you see is barcelona and all of your idols in the same club when you're a little kid. Of course money is top thing if you don't have that then it doesn't matter anymore.. But if Dybala had to choose same amount of money between barcelona and us?

Did JayJay hurt your feels too?
No but you killed a few brain cells again

The overprotective boyfriend users are the ones who get all emotional about the character pogba rather than about post-Pogba Juventus itself. They keep slingin shit in the history section for years to come while pointing fingers at Napoli fans displaying the same behaviour for Higuain. It's the users who have been laughing off the transfer possibility the loudest who defend the sale the strongest. I view players as assets to the club. Never liked Pogba as a character because of his social media antics but on the pitch we have lost an unmatched player and that's what's chewing on me.

I don't really understand getting attached to a player who was clearly going to leave, on a year-by-year basis. I thought next year but then for whatever reason he wanted his star to shine brighter earlier. That's just me. I enjoyed watching his awesome games. Got irritated watching the useless showboating. I like Dybala a lot more as a player, he's clever, skillful and has that dead eye when to pass or shoot. Pogba needs attention, he wants to hold the ball and become centre stage.

The off field image is just a gimmick (the dabbing stuff is cringeworthy), although it's sad that we lost what he brings in that respect. For me that's potentially the biggest loss. It's true that he's impossible to directly replace, there isn't a comparable style of player, and definitely not as gifted or the same age. But we'll replace him with something different, like we did with Zidane. In this case it's completely different.

When Dybala gets his big offer and wants to leave I'll also be a little sad, but there's absolutely no point in getting attached to modern footballers. There are no clubs for life, there isn't loyalty. They are sold on the first glimpse of exposure and money. It's a farce. Until we either come into an awful lot of money or we regularly go deep in the CL there is the risk of this, and even then there is still the risk. We can't really win until the league becomes stronger again. Lose and it's an abject failure, win and it becomes a formality. Players will want change, there is always someone promising a million things somewhere else.

Absolutely true. For example, I highly doubt you can actually win the Ballon D'Or when playing in Serie A. It just doesn't get enough attention. While in the Premier League there is.

As soon as the league is more attractive again, it will get more attention and it will be easier to keep players.

Many posters here if you read latest pages, attaching themselves to him like succubus after Pogba tit untangled itself from us.

Just take these players at face value instead of romanticizing them. They are here to get optimal conditions in their careers, until they feel they can get it elsewhere if we cant offer it anymore.

Ok to be occasionally fooled when they BS flirt with you like Vidal did with forever Juventino remarks, but your own fault if you expect to more from your typical player who has nothing but Profesional attachment with the club.

These same members will conveniently shut up about all this negativity when we are destroying teams left and right this season. And then boast like the assholes we are whenever we lose a game.
Enjoy the coming season indeed, but even if someone overdo it, how is just negativity? It has total basis on reality. We litterally sold our best player two summers in a row. If anything if someone are too negative now it only means they were too naive before by not taking into account the possibility of that occurring.

Until we win CL and increase our financial strength this possibility will allways be there.

Like you said, we need Italy to start producing world class talent again.

Well you can blame the media for it apart from the usual coping mechanism kicking in.

Bet many fell for it, when Pogba kissed our badge after his contract extension :ratcafe: A couple of more cheesy interviews from Dybala and the same things would happen.

Ultimately its money and league appeal. If these two factors dont improve, you should not be surprised to see foreign players leave for greener pastures abroad. We can keep the Italians in the long term but its hard to say the same for foreigners. I think it has been pretty clear for a while.
