Makes me laugh because if he goes to Real Madrid he probably starts to stagnate. It happened to Bale, because he just becomes one of Ronaldo's supporting cast. In La Liga, technique is the key. If you're great technically, you will thrive. If your technique is questionable, you will get found out. Bale is awful technically and he's been exposed... On the other hand, Modric, Kroos and James are flourishing with their superior technique. Pogba is exceptional technically so i don't see how he would falter.

Zidane and Ronaldo were sweeping everything for a few years too and neither of them had the kind of consistent output in terms of goals or assists as messi and ronaldo. The current guys are breaking and will continue to break every single record out there because they are phenomenal athletes with massive talents.

It's sad to see him think that he needs to move to a ''big'' club but honestly it is true and it's not about us as much as it's about the league we are in.

I also don't want to go through the discussion about how we are financially inferior to the current big ones (Chelsea, City, Utd, Madrid, Barca, Bayern, PSG) and how his current salary wouldn't be enough for the ball boy in one of these clubs.

But let's face it, if he wants to win the UCL then he needs to leave, if he wants to win the Ballon D'OR then he needs to leave because there is no way a Serie A player is winning that for the next 10 years at least unless there is a Champions league title which is not coming to Italy anytime soon.

If we are to sell him to Real, the deal should include Isco+ Marcelo+ cash.

If we are to sell him to PSG, the deal should include Cavani but I don't see how we could afford his wages.
