Thats an irrelevant statistic, besides its not atrocious or something, the guy can clearly pass the ball ,end of.I think he could easily be a Boateng type AM for us but obviously more technical although i think Conte prefers width in his teams so i doubt we'd ever play a narrow formation like 4-3-1-2.

On today, he can't be used as AM, but he is only 19 so he can lvl up his passing skills in the next seasons and we could try him on that position, but not today.

 Rus- I think you're my favourite Tuz poster. Slava k ti!

On topic- Pogba might be our second best all-round player after Vidal. I've yet to see him really fail at anything. I'm sure Conte has noticed this too, and will already be planning for his team a few years down the line. He seems to have the skills and technique to play as an AM but his physique is so useful at CM or DM.

A midfield of Marchisio, Pogba and Vidal really is something to give opposition teams a headache. All three are serious workhorse box-to-box who can all perform various tasks throughout the game. The only problem is mabye a lack of a real playmaker but I guess that would be the job of the WBs if we had those three in the middle

Defensive trequartista? I'm out
Obviously you were watching a different Italy side and a different EURO.

What he says in essence is correct. There were times when the midfielders were switching positions from time to time as well, you know Montolivo to DLP,Pirlo to CM etc etc.

But its clear Montolivo was doing a lot more defensive work than you usually expect from an AM.

There is no position named "defensive trequarista".
Italy were playing
Marchisio - Pirlo - De Rossi
Montolivo
Cassano - Balotelli

Montolivo was attacking midfielder in the final and he sucked hard there as usual, even in Milan now he is playing better because Allegri gave him deeper role in 433 formation, the best thing that Montolivo did at EURO's it's an assist to Balotelli, that's it
