He mentionned like 10 times already after he was deliberately missunderstood, he meant this only as a way to play Pogba with the MVP, best way to play him with them when you are trying to SECURE a lead at the end part of the game. First time he mentionned it he said:

Idk Osman, that kind of formation is only good if you want to hold on to a lead and it's very late in the game. I would no be ok with using it as a starting formation and neither would Conte, otherwise we would see it. But we don't even see 4-3-3 anymore, which was the backbone of our team last year. Now we always start with 3-5-2 and neither you or RUS will be proven right because Conte knows what's best for the team and I seriously doubt you and RUS know any better. So that's that. Thank you.

That formation RUS posted would never work if we intend to win games anytime soon. If we want to hold on to a result, then maybe, but that's about it.

I hope he is trolling, otherwise its baffling how he is deliberately failing to see no one is calling for that to be a starting formation, just acknowleding what he replied to half a dozens now, that its a good way to address a situation where you are holding a lead latter on in a game. Its like people find it irrelevant to actually read posts they are replying to? Weird.

This. I don't know why RUS and Osman keep saying we should start wit a formation like that. Quite frankly, I find it disturbing.

Maybe a 4312 like prandelli it used sometimes could work. Where the trequartista roll change in the match between marchisio, monto and de rossi change.
