He is 19 and massively talented.

That means that you shouldnt start him, cause that is to much pressure.

"the formation" is the centre midfield, consisting of vidal, pirlo marchisio.

and the first one to replace any of those 3 should be pogba. we should not put asamoah, giaccherini or whatever other player in front of him.

Since Pirlo is in team and Vidal is beasting, Pogba will be 4th/5th choice for us, and of course he not replacement Marchisio, Claudio is one of the best b2b players in the world even if he disappear from some games
