Nah, I do happen to rate Verratti highly and I don't think Pogba will stay with us for more than a couple of years.

Verratti and 30 million euros would be a decent deal.
It will allways be better keeping Pogba. But, if the management decides we really cannot keep him, we should consider an offer that would be extremely good for us.

Just 50 mil cash is useless.

Pogba for verratti and lavezzi, i would consider. But ONLY if we decide its not possible to keep him

I hope Verratti is indicted in a child rape case, and sent to prison for a minimum of 10 years, effectively ending his career, so I never have to hear about these BS rumors linking us with this inferior vermin vulture faced fuck in exchange for our superior black stallion.
And watch him end up being amazing at another club, like Rossi.

Forza Verratti I hope we break our transfer record to sign him.

In a sense ,we still can maintain our shape and we can act like nothing has happened because we are losing a prodigy not a key player.Look at Roma, they lost Marquinhos who would've gone on to become a Silva for them but have they actually regressed ? No they havent. Is his loss affecting them ? No it isnt. They have moved on restructured their team and doing well.

I'm not comparing Pogba to Marquinhos in terms of importance. But with that money we can restructure our team, add quality and still be a winning team. And by the time,we have spending power ,we can aspire for greater things without selling anyone else.

And it doesnt necessarily have to be replacing him. What if we sign a quality winger and a quality creative midfielder with that money ? We'd actually more potent, and our defensive shape would still be great too.Pogba will go on to become one of the world's best midfielders but seriously dont act like he is going to carry us on our shoulders in the future.

Despite all this ,my first choice is retaining him but i wont lose sleep or anything over losing him, as i have faith in the think-tank of the management. They know what they're doing. Its just a debate at the end of the day but i know tuzzers who will ignore most of my post and will be calling for my head.
The issue with selling him is that RIGHT NOW, we would give a wrong message to our players and potential players and the rest of the world.

yes we will maybe continue owning serie A anyways and earn a lot fo money... but nothing will be able to replace a future world beater like Pogba.

Lets wait a little.

Selling Pogba could enable us to go 4231. If i had a fetish on formation, like the 433 fetishists @Hustini i'd be calling for his big sale.

However, Pogba brings the era of a new great generation. He brings a box to box midfielder that has vision and calmness like the average playmaker. and a scorching long shot. and excellent heading ...

We should keep pogba. The loss of image alone would be terrible. Since juve returned from serie b , we have ignored every single bid on our best players. Players get the impression juve is a big team, not a seller team, not a transition team.

We would trow it all away by selling pogba

A midfield of Vidal-Veratti-Pogba would be the best in the world in 3 years.

Veratti is seriously good. For real. Not worth giving up Pogba for, but still....

Buffon was around 30 mils if not wrong.

Remember we bought thuram, Nedved and Buffon with Zidane´s sale. All three of them were pretty expensive...and zidane´s sale was around 70 mils if im not wrong.

He can do some homework and convince his agent to make the juve move happen. He was intsrested in us in the past right?..well now its the time.

I think it was better than we didnt bought him because he would have been eating soo much bench with Pirlo here.... but in hindsight...we should hav secued him.

Ill not be surprised if Conte ask for Verrati when the time of ditching the 352 comes...in the absence of Pirlo.

let's put the sale theories away please.

anyone else think pogba will eventually transition into an attacking midfielder/trequarista role for Juve? (don't care what france play him as)

he's ok as a DM/deep playmaker, and very good as a box to box, but his skills and flair scream behind the striker(s) role to me
