Its actually quite revealing the major issue with the big paycheck league.
Any team needs high quality supportive players to make the team work. But the problem is, the EPL is full of cash and hookers. So you got all this cash, and offcourse you spend in on flair and fancy.
However, what if there isnt a big name supportive player ?
Smart clubs wont care and get whatever player is best for the team.
EPL doesnt work like that. They'll just play without supportive players and put some fancy star there. Which doesnt work.
Look at Chelsea. Oh, mate, dat front 3 mate. Yeah, dat front 3. And all of that works because the central midfield is hardcore support.
