This is the difference between EPL clubs, oil clubs, and us.

Those clubs can afford to repeatedly fuck up transfers. They'll just simply roll the dice and go again next season.

When we get a transfer wrong, we're paying for that mistake for 5 years.

What FFP. They are still a top 5 club in terms of revenue.

It's Italian and other cash strapped clubs that need to worry about FFP. Not the big EPL clubs. They are untouchable.
Man utd were supposed to be close to the FFP limit last season. They have sold literally nobody, and no Europe but spending like its going out of fashion.

They'll just cover that by bagging another 500M sponsorship deal out of nowhere. Teams like United, City, Chelsea etc have all the lobby and money power. Nothing's gonna happen to them.

Nothing happened to City and their 115 charges. Nothing's happening to Chelsea and their gazillion signings. Im sure United will come out of this unscathed. Eventually these PSR rules in the PL will be abolished to support the big EPL teams. FFP on the other hand is more or less an afterthought if you are an EPL club. Those rules don't exist for these clubs.
