I thought the same thing. Tbf though, having looked into him a bit more, he scored a bunch of goals last season on loan at Strasbourg, and they made him captain for the second part of the season. So quite impressive for a 21 year old loanee. Chelsea would otherwise have plans for their first team.

he was star at Strasbourg one of the best midfielders in Ligue 1. The guy can do it all, defend really well and attack too. I would love if Juve went for him, but thats impossible ofc. 60m for this particular guy is no suprise really.
