That Dortmund got between 25-30m€ for him + bonuses with one year contract AND having a dislocated kneecap and being out for several months is good business IMO. That has of course reduced the price. I think I predicted around 35m€ before the injury..accurate as always.

Me neither. Two years ago i would be all over him, but now i have my doubts, even if i think he has qualities that aren't being utilized in United. I think it was a good transfer 2 years ago when Southampton bought him. I think he'll do a job for Klopp, but that's a lot of money for a guy who isn't a finished product.

I know we wanted Dahoud, but I don't think that is possible with Xhaka leaving. Depending on Sakho we might be in for another cb. Other than that, I'm not really sure. Probably sell Benteke.

I would really like to see us grab an athletic def mid.
