Yes, the combination having played a fantastic season, contract situation with just 1 year left and his agent made it impossible to extend his contract and Raiola has openly stated, that Mkhitaryan has the opportunity to move to United and that he wants to go there. Just a matter of money..give them 40m€ and they ll prob agree to sell.

There were plenty of rumours about interested clubs e.g. Dortmund and Wolfsburg and some other clubs from abroad. End of May he posted on his Instagram:
"I am going to stay at Hoffenheim for the upcoming season."
Seems he is in no rush to leave and wants to continue developing there for at least another year. Since then, nothing has been reported about a possible move anymore and I m sure he means it. He is such a beast, I always say he looks radiated (atomically).
