Fagioli will be in the middle of the 3 CMs, and he will play slighly further up the field almost like AMC
With Rabiot on his left and Locatelli on the right , this is exactly like the Allegri paper when he got his license

And Dybala will be the main player there and he will started almost in the same position in the middle of anyone (CM - Winger - Attacker)
Fagioli will play around 20-25 matches as replacement and first team in Coppa + against minnows

Isn't Locatelli meant to be the one in the middle and not Fagioli? Even so Fagioli will play second fiddle to Bentancur at least for now.

I don't think Allegri will play 4-3-3 using regista, this will be used probably if there is no one to play as AMC (Dybala, Fagioli and Kulu aren't available)
I think Allegri will play 4-2-3-1 with Fagioli as Dybala's backup, if he want to use Dybala then this is the best system to adopt, Kulu can play AMC too but he will be getting more time on the right winger. And Fagioli will have more time too because he will be Dybala's backup
the difference is Dybala play as second striker that go deep, but Fagioli playing as central midfielder that go up the pitch. But all in all that will be 4-2-3-1

But whatever the system, Locatelli can play as regista too, he can play as mezzala on both side. So he can play on the left with Arthur on the right
or he can play on the right with Rabiot on the left. And if he really come to us, then he will be our 1st choice as central midfielder

problem is its hard to imagine us playing 4-3-3 with Dybala is in the centre of Allegri's project

Been here long enough to see fans wanting see more of De Ceglie because he was young and talented and then finding out he's even more shit than Molinaro.
I am in favor of deals with buyback clauses. That way we get short term cash to buy the players we need now and, if in rare instance youth player ever actually becomes good enough to be a part of the team, we effectively end up paying feeder club to develop youngster for us for a few million when they would have just warmed the bench here. The ownership provides extra incentive for the feeder club to develop them.

Agree, this is the best way to keep our youngster and develop them using other clubs

That's true but it's a bit more complicated than that. For some cases loaning/selling a player means he won't be counted as homegrown anymore. We badly need a couple of HG players in our squad.

This is easy, set the priority straight. If we want HG, then HG is priority
We only sell or loan out players if they are already HG

For all youth (U17- U19) we will keep them 3 years straight
Then after they HG, check if still not HG put in U23 until HG fulfilled
Check are they ready for first team, if not then sell with buyback clause or loan out with option + buyback clause

Then we do the monitoring part every year, are they ready for first team. If yes buy back if not let them stay or loan out again
If this is scheme running rigourously, then we will have at least 15 HG ready players every season after the 3rd season
