Nah that was the missed double attempt in the 118th minute
That miss was quite incredible.
But I don't get it. As a Milan fan you should be furious with your team IMO. The way they humiliated Liverpool in the first half made it clear just how much better Milan really are. And then they start playing so arrogantly that they don't even defend on a cross and give Gerrard a free header. Not to mention that someone should have actually tried to block Smicer's shot. Sure, that wasn't a legal goal, and the penalty was non-existant, but still, if only Milan had been a bit more humble..

My friend used to live with two Italians who were total cocks, they would be perfectly fine under normal circumstances, but then if a girl or something was around they would turn up the accent, act cocky and cool and refer to themselves as the Italian Stallion about 50 times and try to imply they are great at sex at every chance. That pisses me right off, it's an insult to someones intelligence. Of course not Italians do that and many are actually quite cool.

Actually same goes with Spanish and French aswell. Most other nations people will try to fit in and not over do it. Some people for these said nations will come and try to bring Italy/France or Spain with them, only times 10, thinking their cultural greatness is something we will be attracted to.

That is why we don't like alot of foreigners in my opinion. They need to get over themselves and take a step back.

Should try to be more like the Swedish. We love them because they are nice, kind and respectful. :D

Of course I realise 95% of English are not the nicest guests and usually completely take over the city. But hey it's not my idea :D

Great debut for Richardson.

Why is Pope in the team? This isn't the strongest team the US have is it?
No, far from it actually. Pope is like 38 years old and totally off form. Not sure why he is even in the team.

We were missing the likes of Beasley, our best player, and Eddie Johnson, Onyweu, Berhalter, Reyna, Armas, Mastroeni, and Eddie Lewis.

The Englishmen over at Xtratime are making fun of the US for losing 2-1 on home soil and saying you guys must really suck losing with your first choice squad to a second English team. Shame they have no clue what they're talking about.

The US weren't THAT bad, quite unlucky infact. Though these games are silly, you can't rate anything from them.

Too bad we can't get a competitive game, that would be interesting.

Friendlies are as indicative of a team's worth as the winning team Fans postgame comments on said friendly ;) The US team is good. the only thing detrimental to its progress IMO is its division. The CONCACAF is weak. Playing Mexico over and over stalls any development a team might make. The US needs more competition and surely it would become one of the world's best.

I have no desire to make an argument with you over this.

Say what you will, think what you want, show me those pointless stats all nightl. But we all know England, Italy and such are a great deal better than the US, Turkey etc.

You'll see next tournament when we rip you a new one :D
