I think we could change the stadium if we would want to but we have to pay the 25 millions or something for the rent for the 99 years. It`s necessary to rent the stadium for such a long time if we want to reconstruct it.

Is that for sure the Delle Alpi and not Communale?

33,000 is not the end of the world. Think about it , who cares how many seats are there. If juve makes the most money out of TV etc, then it doesn't matter.

Now imagine :

all the hotels, malls, theme park around :) making it the best place to visit
most modern stadium there is
very close seats to the pitch
full stadium every match
Most intimidating stadium in the world

Now do you really care about the number of spectators ? Just imagine how it will look on TV. Also, 33,000 sests there probably means a grand total of 40,000 which is the rough estimate, because Napoli for instance has 72,000 i think and it says 65,000 . San Siro too has 3000 less listed I think... probably means for security reasons or rather, they're planning to field only 33 K spectators or something, dunno.

33,000 is way to small. the whole point of rennovating is to create a new atmosphere in which ppl will want to come every game! with 33,000 seats we wont be able to meet the demand. Old Trafford turns down 4000 fans almost every game (there expanding it btw). i think 40,000-45,000 is a more reasonable number.

Cutting the attendance to accomadate a restraunt, museum etc is stupid because the whole point in going to the DA will be to watch a game!!! not to go on a friggen tour!!! the main product the DA will offer is football, that should be there main focus, not the restraunts, etc. with that said, they are making progress by cutting out the track and putting the seats closer, but it shouldn't be at the expense of cutting attendance to a pathetic 33,000!!!

I agree with you, Shyne. 40.000-45.000 would be perfect for me. I don`t know if a restaurant, museum, shopping center......would work where the delle alpi is situated. it would be full on the game days but on the other days??? I don`t know if enough people would go there. It would have to be really something special to bring the people there and public transport would have to be improved. I have just my doubts because it is far away from the city and the area is ugly.
