I think the difference is that if Milan or Roma win the Scudetto, many juventini are disappointed, want off with some heads on the squad (management and players), and come back determined the next season. A few might even congratulate a superior team, as happened with Milan's last Scudetto.

If, however, Juve wins the Scudetto, many milanisti and romanisti instead say, "The Scudetto was fixed! Cheaters!"

That, as I see it, is the primary difference.

To go further more, when Emerson, Zebina and Capello went to Rome for the game they were shouted at, called trators and sweared at.
When Zizo came to turin to get his ass handed to him (twice :D ) he was aplaused and cheered at for his acheivement and history with their beloved Juve.
Juve has Class.

You know, if we were a little bit more savay in assembling a decent 'footballing' team, we wouldn't have to worry so much about influencing anyone.
I know this quote is very old but apart from the fact there will always be anti juve people out there.. Holdon has a point

Agree :agree: . I dont really need to shed my views on this matter as people have already expressed it. Italians have a strange way in dealing with things, this stuff rarely happen as often in the other major leagues but it sad that milan, or roma fans or any other for that matter have to rely on there evil jealousy and spark disgusting allegations at a club which has been lucky in winning some scudettos as well as unlucky in losing some too. Well if there attacking the triad, then to a certain extent even if they were proven true that there was match fixing e.t.c then in reality we would still be the leaders of italian football since the triad took over. Anyway I dont believe this topic should concern us to the least providing we play good football week in week out, a neutral fan would certainly find themselves in a position where they would no doubt agree with us. As they say let the football do the talking, if we provide them with few reasons on the pitch even the blindest of people can see we are right and they are wrong. As for those who are anti juve, well they can stuff themselves.

Not being a roman here but I can understand there hatred for capello. Capello did them over alrite, he spoke how he wouldnt go there and yet he did, emerson and zebina were also liked by the romans for their "anti sentiments for juve" yet even they managed to stab the romans in their back, so there feelings have some truth, not much but some. Zizou isnt realy the best of examples simply because he just did alot for us, we got a bargain (50 big whoppas) and also as you said, we handed his ass back to him.

Moggi (+ Bettega, Capello and Ciro) has been interviewed by Striscia La Notizia. What really impressed me is that at a point, when he told the Striscia guy that we are in press silence and to please leave him alone, that he couldn't do this, his voice was of a man on the verge of tears. And I asked myself: would a guilty Moggi look like this?
I don't really feel like translating it, but here is the video, if you are interested.

Just this:
Bettega: If you love something (Juve), you can even cry for it.

Just to warn you: tomorrow you'll find news about illegal betting on matches by 4-5 juventini players. And Vialli could be involved (as a consumer) in the Padovano's drug case. Be prepared.

I can't wait for the press silence to end.

Roma fans are the easiest type to get rid of...

My reply to our guest here is

"Check the history of Juve before Moggi was even born!!!"

Isn't it better than what Roma got until now??
:agree:
