Decent, yeah, just like we are now when we're actually motivated. But we're juventus. Decent isn't enough and certainly not every now and then and that's the whole problem; these guys aren't hungry anymore. Plus there is a HUGE lack of leaders.
@Robee
You're right but we can't afford a massive overhaul because we're not like Man City to have such a squad. We simply need to make the most of what we have and rather than buy a bunch of new players I'd invest in a quality coach. Arthur and Rabiot should be trained like the others to become accomplished in their roles, every footballer should be able to do the basics and they will do that if they know what to do - look at Bentancur with Allegri organisation and compare to Pirlo organisation, perfectly capable players turned to shit and running wherever they want and getting exposed.
Like you said, Juventus should aim for the top but we need to practical here. We need to return to winning the league, win some Coppas then think about Europe. That will take a couple of seasons at least. With a good coach and no new signings, I expect us to win the league next year and then build gradually. Our Sarri/Pirlo experiment took us back 10 years, I don't want to fall back further by selling up our whole squad when actually the coach has been the key to our failures.
