I've been driving for 8 years in Azerbaijan, and my driving record is crystal clear- all my violations have been payed off by bribes ($0.20 to $350.00).

Not that anybody cares though... :D
They accept bribes in Azerbaijan? What a surprise. :D

Dude,

Up until very recently Azerbaijan was in top 10 most currupt nations in the world. Even top 5 if I recall correctly.

Thank God things start to get better.

Countries rich with oil are generally more currupt than others.
And my country is filthy rich with it.........

But as my view, if you can't beat them, join them, get into the oil business.

I would love to.

If I could, I wouldn't be at Albany right now, I'd be at my favorite strip joint in Moscow...

The rouling elite controls everything and it is extremely difficult to get "inside".

I'm not sure that "!=" is part of the lexical syntax for the English Language yet. ;) If you still insist on using it, at least declare the variables "crash" and "accident!" ;)

BTW, is it normal for people not to get their license till their 30+?

I couldn't resist!! :D

you have to give me some credit though. I fought the temptation for about 3 minutes :D
Did you now? :p

The ticket cost? They've set a court date... this month... so I don't know yet...
You go to court for a minor traffic offense?

Who says I hate cars? I'm not a car nut, I don't loooooooove cars like Elnur :p but if that equals a hater, so be it :D

Btw, Elnur.. if you go driving in Poland, bring some cash, the cops have no qualms with bribes.. :D
