if the americans hated so much both Clinton and Trump why didn't they vote for those minor contenders?
They basically don't have the option. 3rd party candidates are just window dressing, nothing more. Not even allowed to debate.

In some stats more people voted in joke votes like Mickey Mouse or big foot, to protest with "blank" votes, over voting for 3rd party ones. Until that changes, and they seen as remotely legit options, this will continue. Not even Ron Paul who had a big grass roots following, could do anything but just blow hot air.

It attracts the silly and the stupid because it's not a legimate political path. Until it is nothing will change. The sensible ones would be completely ignored either way.

But, weren't they just in court? Didn't he just lose in court?

@Bjerknes, what do you make of it?
Supreme Court is next. He'll go there because he's stubborn. But his argument is legally stupid. They aren't arguing the constitutionallity of the order, but rather that when it comes to matters of national security, the judicial branch does not have the right to check the executive branch.

Basically they are arguing that when it comes to national security the President has total authority.

Yeah, I realise they'll be going to Supreme Court. It's just that it sounds kind of stupid to say 'see you in court', when you're already in court and you just lost.

If that's the argument they make, they lose.

I think he's borrowing it from ACLU. He just wanted to tweet something in all caps and couldn't think of a better text

They have to make that same argument at each level of appeal.

So they were lying about the court decision? About the ethical breach by Conway on Fox and Friends? About Trump reversing what he had stated would be his China policy? About his Twitter attacks on Blumenthal and McCain?

And there were reports this week, not by VOX about those the two Russia related things.

Fake news? I think you don't understand the definition of the word fake. Nor the word hoax...

Yeah, the whole quote seems such a fallacy and a prime example of 'fake news' that it speaks volumes by itself. Add VOX.com and its a 100% hoax.
America did choose right for the first time in my life, question is can they walk the walk like they talk the talk.
No wonder cheeto douche Incoherence echoes with you

@Post Ironic "If only there were evil people somewhere insidiously committing evil deeds, and it were necessary only to separate them from the rest of us and destroy them. But the line dividing good and evil cuts through the heart of every human being. And who is willing to destroy a piece of his own heart?"

“In keeping silent about evil, in burying it so deep within us that no sign of it appears on the surface, we are implanting it, and it will rise up a thousand fold in the future. When we neither punish nor reproach evildoers, we are not simply protecting their trivial old age, we are thereby ripping the foundations of justice from beneath new generations.”
