Hi
I wanted to know how people in USA see this elections going
If I look at the news it seems close but I only see people saying Trump is an idiot laughing that a guy like him is even running...
Is it really that close? how do you see it (talking to USA juventinos of course)
I'm from America, but not a Juventino, so I'll hold my retort.

Trump is an idiot, and I don't think it will be that close really.

And seriously, if the best candidate the republicans had was trump, who the fuck is going to even put a dent in her campaing ?
I agree. She would struggle with older white voters but the youth would be ecstatic for her.

http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/...-america-selected-trump-and-clinton.html?_r=0
But this is really The fact that he has such a rabid following considering these numbers, it's easy to see how he became the Republican nominee over better candidates. I genuinely think any other of the major Republican candidates besides that other psycho Cruz would have beat Hillary, especially Kasich. She's really that hated. Just look at Zoso, and he doesn't even live in the same continent. It's going to be very difficult for Republicans to win the Presidency in the future with how socially backwards they are.

Those who supports right wing populism fear for tomorrow and seek comfort in yesterday.
As if it was that simple. Right-wing populism is more about skepticism of the "elite", and a real-world example is the conglomeration of lies that has brought the country to where it is today. This sort of pseudo-intellectualism from you and others is comical because it confirms what everyone already knows -- reading certain textbooks from the comfort of your own basement does not make you an expert in anything. Visit the country, meet the people, talk about what impacts them on a personal level, and then form your opinion.

"...Hillary Clinton meets in secret with international banks to plot the destruction of U.S. sovereignty..."

A direct quote from Donald Trump today. No wonder his imbecilic supporters are talking about revolution.
And she does. Hillary has met with Goldman Sachs and other banks the "left" hates. Yet somehow they still vote for her. It's nothing short of a basket of retards.

There is going to be violence surrounding the outcome of this election, possibly even on election day. And the blame for this should rest solely on The Donald's shoulders for his fear-mongering and paranoid rhetoric.

What fear-mongering.

Hmm, large parts of the democratic party (the base at least) has been extremely critical of Hillary during the Primaries, it's just that now all those criticisms are held back due to the focus on the common enemy - I don't doubt that those same people will go back to criticizing Hillary a few months after the election again
It's the same thing every year. The majority of voters defend their candidate until the end, as seen with how Obama was defended after the trade agreements and domestic spying policies he signed off on. These should go against the "liberal" ideologies as they think it should be, but instead they defend the policies. It was the same matter under Bush with Iraq and domestic spying.

She's a powerful human being for sure. iirc she was the one behind Obamacare. And I respect her work on obese children. We need to focus more on our nation and our bad habits. Who gives a $#@! about Afghanistan when we're raising a generation of brain dead, fat scumbags that are too lazy to care for themselves?

You actually think the government should control food and can actually solve this problem?

Don't vote on Hillary. She's married to a sexual predator.

Vote Trump.

Come on. Might disagree with Hillary - I for sure do - but it's getting pathetic when what seems like people of average intelligence like Zoso keeps defending Trump.
""""anyone who doesn't agree with me is dumber than me""""" wew you sure are a smart cookie

I guess Jill Stein is average intelligence too?

Jill Stein is more in-line with what many "Liberals" want to believe they stand for, so the fact that she essentially blew their propaganda out of the water is fantastic.

It's been said for at least 8 years now. GOP will probably win the midterms and the talk of them going down will subside for a while.
I agree that it's very hard for them to win the presidency at the moment

You post the most delusional nonsense. Yes, Hillary meeting with Goldman Sachs and other banking conglomerates means she is obviously "plotting the destruction of US sovereignty."

Meet the people? Ask them what effects them? What do you do for work Andy? Where do you live? Are you a rural working class type? Are these your close friends? Are you constantly interacting with these types?

Because I am. I worked with them for years, and now I employ them. I live in a community of them. A mix of conservative retirees and young "redneck" working class people. Trades, fisheries, forestries, mining, farming, small local businesses, etc. I interact with these people daily. So don't talk about liberals only reading textbooks and not understanding what impacts these people on a personal level, as though you have any kind of clue, or somehow are the only one here who has the experience to know about these things. I run a small business building houses, in a small town. I know exactly what sort of issues impact these communities and such small businesses. And Trump's hare-brained policies are certainly not going to help us. He's a cultural conservative, and I doubt he has the slightest clue what fiscal conservatism actually is, nor do the vast majority of his imbecilic supporters, in America, or here in Canada.

Fear-mongering is exactly what Trump is doing. Are you completely oblivious to his rhetoric for the last several weeks?

The election is rigged and being stolen. Hillary is a criminal who needs to go to jail. The whole process is illegitimate. Hillary is out to destroy US sovereignty with a global cabal of elites hiding in the shadows. Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim is out to get me. I am the only one who can save America from destruction. Go monitor polling stations in "certain neighbourhoods" for voter fraud because we can't lose unless there's massive fraud. Black people can't walk out their doors without being mugged or shot.

Yeah. No fear-mongering from Trump.

Retard.

Anti Vaxxers are a crazy bunch endangering themselves and everybody else. Any attempt to pander to this crowd is enough to disqualify a candidate. We're not debating 19th century science ffs. Oh and there is no credible scientific evidence on why GMOs are bad.

http://theresurgent.com/donald-trumps-campaign-just-did-the-dumbest-thing-in-campaign-2016/

Trump campaign is using Anthony Gilberthorpe as a witness to say he didn't assault that women on the airplane. Yes, Gilberthorpe, the man who claimed to be a pimp of underage boys for British cabinet ministers in the 80s, the man who made up a sham engagement and wedding to a fictional person, the man who supplied a newspaper with false information about himself and then tried to sue them for libel after. This is Mike Pence's evidence.

When he's talking about US sovereignty, he's referring to the various trade deals that Obama and Hillary have backed, along with UN initiatives that are basically globalist agendas. Examples would be TPP and climate change initiatives. Whether you believe in GW or not, entering into multi-national agreements when China and Russia do not participate makes no sense whatsoever. Whenever you have a foreign body in charge of some element of policy, it certainly makes sense that some degree of sovereignty is lost.

I also don't really believe Trump is a true fiscal conservative, but the folks in business I know from West Virginia would at least like a lesser tax and regulation burden. Much of it is on a state-level, but the whole federal tax code is a disaster as it currently stands and needs to be simplified. Not to mention the fact that the Obama administration essentially vowed to put coal out of business, which is obviously problematic for some in WV. It's good you work with the community -- I was responding to Maddy who is obviously a basement-dweller intellectualard.

As far as fear-mongering goes, I find it comical they are running with the narrative that Trump will cause riots after the election. 1) Most likely Hillary will win and there has been very little violence from Trump supporters and 2) If Trump wins, it will be the BLM and other folks causing violence. CNN and others push this narrative to get ahead of the game, but I would literally bet thousands of dollars that any widespread violence will be from the usual suspects. They have no basis for these claims.

The biggest problem with coal in West Virginia is coal in West Virginia. The industry has been on the down turn for a while but the state just ignores it. Doesn't really have as much to do with Obama and the EPA as it does with the emergence of nat gas and other coal sources. Basically just economics.

Some of it is the market. But when Obama's administration closes federal coal programs and basically says he's going to bankrupt anyone who opens a new coal plant, of course people are going to take issue with it. Just the threats alone would deter investment, which is probably the point.

Trump has now claimed Hillary took performance enhancing drugs before the last debate, and that they are like athletes up there debating and should be tested for PEDs before the last debate.
