Andy, not only is X completely right, but you also have to ask yourself how much Trump really is anti establishment. He started out as the son of one of New York city's biggest real estate developers. You don't think that if you're a real estate developer in a city such as New York you have ties with the establishment? Of course you do. If you don't, you're out of a job.

Essentially a vote for Trump is a vote for some rich guy who has managed to somehow turn his insanity into a strength rather than a weakness. And maybe that stuff works in some parts of America. Maybe that's enough to convince the average joe. But what's going to happen when Trump needs to talk to Merkel, Cameron or Hollande? You think they will take Trump seriously? No, they will seek to bypass him in every way possible.

You call it naive, yet don't explain why. You don't have any proof whatsoever, and never have. You and others essentially fear monger that Trump is going to be some insane despot, but his track record in business and politics say otherwise. Who has he killed? What has he done to earn the despot title other than advocating we turn away illegal immigrants? Insane individuals usually screw up somewhere, leading to their downfall.

Well, upto an extent he's right. It's just that he does set the bar quite low. I mean, apparently you're a decent candidate for president if you're not likely to kill millions of innocent people.

I didn't set that bar, unfortunately. If I did, none of these folks would be in the running. But that's obvious to you and others -- this is now a discussion about choosing the lesser of all evils, which happens more often than not in this declining country of ours.

All the other stuff does not matter. Trump saying racist things does not matter. Obama is literally the least racist President possible and did things get any better for minorities in America over his 8 years? Not really. Obama was the patron saint of the democratic party and he handed over 8 trillion dollars of hard earned American dough straight to the banks. And Hillary would have done it even faster!

I'm a liberal (actually fiscally conservative but socially progressive which is what everyone is nowadays but this party doesn't exist somehow) and I'm so, so sick of liberals acting like the person they put in office isn't just as bad as a conservative.

It all comes down to money. If there's even a fraction of a chance that Trump somehow is not smart enough or is too proud or whatever to be influenced by corporate America, that is a chance I would honestly take over Hillary Clinton.

The hilarious stuff Trump says about all the shitty free trade agreements the USA has signed is actually RIGHT. Him and Sanders are right! But we know Hillary would be in favour of more shitty agreements just like her husband and just like Obama (democrats, see it doesn't matter). So honestly I would take a shot on Trump if I were American.

You're forgetting when he said we should kill the families and friends of terrorists to make potential terrorists think twice... Also when he said torture works and that he supported its use against terrorists... Quite plainly advocated for crimes against humanity, and said he would order them be committed if he were President.
