No, it means they are desperate for an establishment candidate. The establishment GOP will throw anything they have at Trump, and they are running out of time. That's why one part of me thinks hey, Trump might not be so bad after all. Establishment GOP translates into useless wars and rent seeking, while Trump is like a wildcard that has no record whatsoever. But for me, I can't trust Trump like others can (some of which met him, apparently).

A brokered convention? Even if Trump has the delegates, you can guarantee that it will happen, and if it does, all hell will break loose.

And that is the point where I renounce my registration as a registered Republican.

Being registered as either party is basically a statement that at the end of the day, you're still toting the party line. The whole primary nonsense needs to be changed as well.

They will find a way. This happened in 2012 where a couple of states that Romney won, the delegates went against the popular vote as a result of their primary and voted for Ron Paul, I believe.

As would I -- I'm probably still writing in Rand Paul regardless. One part of my says vote for Trump to keep Hillary out, but that would be unconventional for me.

People here don't understand how annoying it is to see the Democrats win major elections. Their supporters are far more arrogant than Joe six pack on the Republican side who only wants what is best for family and community.

Well Rubio is a dick too. But what Trump did was on national TV while millions of people tuned to watch the debate.
And Democrats lost both in 2010 and 2014 heavily, and they could not win congress despite Obama winning in 2012. 30 governors are republicans, and a majority of state houses are also republicans. So technically GOP won more major elections than the Dems. in past 8 years.

Honestly, I wouldn't be too sure about that. Of course she means no good for the region, but Trump is simply way too unpredictable. Sure, he condemned the war in Iraq, but he also has it in him to invade Syria in a manner that would make that 2003 attack look like a stroke of genius.
