I have tons of excellent European, Mexican, Korean and from all over the globe movies. I can make you a never ending list just tell me what is it you want to watch so I can narrow it. I watch at least two movies per week, do you see me reporting them here? ;)
Hey Jack, I know this is an old post but you think you could list a few? I've run into a bit of a dry spell here.

Korean movies you oughta get movies made by Chan wook park, Sympathy for Ms vengeance, old boy, Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance (this is a themic trilogy, you probably seen Oldboy, but few seen the others). Then a nice military drama (about the military border of North and South) called Joint Security Area, his debute film.

This is one director, best of them, but Korean movies are REALLY good, would recommend a slick stylistic gangster drama called A bitter sweet life.

Hongkong/China is whole another thing, hehe, would do the obvious and recommend Wong Kar wai and Ang lee movies, especially the former, great at dramas, and almost all of them starring amazing actors like Tony Leung. Their gangster flicks are pretty cool too, beside the obvious of the Infernal affairs, their best gangster movies is IMO done my a director called Johnnie To, his Election triad films is one THE best gangster films I have seen. His style is refreshing.

Japanese movies are bit more random, lots of quality stuff, but you have to wade through alot to find them, they dont have as much focused and booming film industry as China/HK or Korea right now.

just watched changeling. i thought it was a great movie, i have to say i freaked out cos it is based on a true story. i think it is one of the best movies i have seen in a while now.
Yes, Clint just can't stop. Angelina Jolie was superb, I really didn't expect such an immense performance from her.

Brazil - I can't believe I never saw this.
Girl, Interrupted - Not the type of movie I would usually watch, but I liked it.
Yes Man - A fun movie. Nothing more, nothing less.
Testament - Boring

thats true hoori, i really am not a big fan of hers but i liked how she played her role. she got me soo involved with the movie and since i some how can relate to losing some one very close i could'nt help it but cry a bit (thats probably the first time ever that i cry bec of a movie so that says alot about her acting) she really did a great job. the characters were nicely made and everything was very realistic they did'nt leave any details.

Waltz with Bashir

An animated documentary. You follow an IDF soldier who digs in his memory to remember the 1982 war. By meeting his ex colleagues, all the pieces of the puzzle come together. It ends with his memories of Sabra and Shatila.

It's horrible, it's sad, it's depressing, but it's well done. Visually well done, political without being judgemental, this movie is just about right.

This was the best thing about this animation. One of the best movies of this year.
