Sound city, a documentary about a music studio that saw some historical acts record their stuff ( calling out @Kate here), started pretty good but i think it was way too long and could have used better editing, but music and anecdotes are worth giving this a watch.
Here, I'll throw you a bone so you can call me a hipster again:

I liked how it started, I liked the idea. But I do not like the idea of digital = BAD. They had 15 guests on the show who were all pro-analogue straight to tape mixing and only Reznor who made any case for the digitalized musical world to be used creatively, as a tool. It just turned into an analogue circle jerk pretty quickly, especially when they brought Paul McCartney, Dave Grohl and Josh Homme out to jam through the newly purchased mixer - "oh look how great it sounds". Of course it sounds great, you've got McCartney, Homme and Grohl jamming !

I tried to reply to this yesterday but it kept crashing, sorry dude. But it sounds interesting enough, some cool people involved. Thanks for the tip.

Saw Fast & Furious 6 last night. Have to say that this series has become something of a favourite, which surprises myself. I think it's the cast more than anything else.

Most of it is quite ridiculous, but that's part of it.

Strict spoiler:
Jason Statham for the 7th, they are just loading up on action names.

I have one, but l got put on ratio watch :D
I love this site cos it allows you to increase your ratio by merely seeding the torrent, regardless of whether someone else leeches from you or not. Actually gives you an incentive to seed more torrents.

Fuck it! I'll donate some cash and get you an invite. Just get me a shot of whiskey the next time we meet, m'kay? :D

I've enjoyed all the movies of his that I've seen, like Se7en and Fight Club. I'm afraid to spoil that by watching Alien :D
It's really not that bad, taken on it's own. It's not Finchers fault that the first two are just amazing films.

Alien 3 is way, way better than Alien Ressurection.

It takes place on a prison planet, Sigorney Weaver shows up, her escape pod crash lands and all hell breaks lose. It's got a very dark "Fincher" feel to it. It's worth a watch, I think.
