Not even intellectual French films.

Is that the pundit from that stupid talent show on tv?

No, not intellectual at all. Just fun.

:p it's coz i feel we on the same wavelength, i was referring to "le placard"
It's a story about a guy who's about to lose his job, then hits upon the idea that he's really gay and firing him will be bad PR. Daniel Auteuil, I like.

New? What was new there? One kidnapped girl and he kills everyone on his way to get her.

But I do agree about the entertainment part.
I liked the first one as well, instense and good action movie, loved the focus on tracking persons down. I thought it wasn't as unrealistic and simple as you make it sound, the underlined part sounds like you're describing Commando. :D

Gonna watch Silver Linings Playbook, heard good things about it.

Edit: I really liked it, nothing spectacular, just a well made feel-good romantic drama comedy. 8/10

I like Tarantino but sort of agree on Django - the movie just became a bit chaotic and weak once all the shooting mumbo-jumbo in candyland started.

anyways, just saw Zero-Dark-thirty (same director as the Hurt Locker) - pretty weak, imo, just didn't do much for me. Not that bad a movie but nothing I'd remember, tbh.
