personally i thought they sat through Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy and basically ripped the whole thing off...

watched 'boy in striped pyjamas'. very slow, but the ending was well worth it and gave me goosebumps. probably shouldn't watch it with my dad though, we have very different principles

As a Star Wars nerd for years the news of new movies are both good and bad. Bad cause I'm afraid what they will do. Good cause I remember the thrill of waiting for the prequel Trilogy and the prospect of living through this again is extremely exciting.

I guess I will be waiting patiently for more news about the plot, actors and so on.

Knowing that Lucas won't be participating is also good since the last things he did to the franchise were crap

I hope they nail the director and have a nice script , they could go with something totally new , but even if they take a preexisting story it wouldn't be that bad , there are so much good star wars stories out there that could turn up to be awsome movies .

No , please no , no more Lucas . I really hope he isn't the creative director it's time he steps down . I didn't read anything about the story being written up to episode 12 . I just read about the possibility of the 7th movie having a 40 year old luke skywalker , and a possibility of hamill returning , althrough he is 60 years old .
