Yeah cant wait for that either Mohammed.
I saw 3 flicks.
Max Payne, utter utter utter shit, in fact, it needs a whole new definition for shit, unbearable, Beau Bridges's character, the "bad" guy, his lines in this movie, is one of the rare movies I stop to think while hearing a dialogue, and think, wtf, someone actually wrote this and then filmed it???? Unbelieveable. And I must add I have not much fuss over quality of flicks, I can judge, but I can enjoy any average or little crappy flick for what they are, but this one was utterly unreedemable in every way. Kind of movie where whoever was involved should have serious dents to their careers.
The Gamer, the fact I saw it after the above abomination influenced my view of this film I think, masterpiece in comparison, I realy liked it, bit messy and thin on plot development, but interestingly degenerate world, two actors I really like (Michael C Hall, Gerrard Butler), and some mindless action. Semi decent.
Cyrano De Bergerac, a 1990 french period piece with the wonderful Gerard Depardieau. About the famous poet/fencing hero with the same name. This movie was absolutely wonderful, has bit of everything, its ridicolously funny, for one, the opening scene was jaw dropping

His character is over the top amazing in several ways. But as you can guess, if you dont know the historical figure, its about a poet, and that entails alot of the dialogue is melodramatic wordsmith pouring his heart out, in a rather tragic love drama (I choked up at the end), I would usually think its over the top, but its so well done I truly enjoyed it, very emotive flick.
