The Mosquito Coast - Harrison Ford gets to act a bit. Peter Weir, beautiful establishing shots, a story about the dark side of heroism. A little dated - Ford's political dialogue would probably seem more reasonable to a Cold War era audience - but still worth a look.
Klute - Jane Fonda gets to act a bit. Donald Sutherland is customarily awesome. Odd 1970s noir, also worth a look.
Anvil - the story of Anvil - real life is stranger than fiction. Documentary about the titular metal band who were up there with the likes of Metallica in the early days before falling away to obscurity. 13 albums later, they're 50 year olds with menial jobs and a hideously sincere belief that they might yet make it. You can laugh at it if you like, treat it as a real life Spinal Tap, but I feel wrong laughing at these earnest buffoons.
