I don't mind much it either, but considering it's the reason why it's mainly got criticised, I get were it comes from.
Would have liked to see a little more Jason Clarke and a bit less Jessica Chastain. She's a good actress but her character got pretty boring. After Jason Clarke disappears things didn't really pick up until the Seals came in.

And then you find out how much editing the CIA did to the script and it becomes a pretty annoying experience. That said, a few of the scenes are pretty gripping, but it's in no way as complete a film as The Hurt Locker.

Nope not even half the film hurt locker was. Jason Clarke was her supervisor in first 30 mins right? Yeah he was great, engaging, movie became robotic and matter of fact told take when it became all about her and her clinical quest for clues.

Yeah. Then the film was stale until you met the Seals with Chris Pratt, Joel Edgerton, etc. Those guys were good too.

Man of Steel, Henry Cavill, legit action star for sure

But best part of the movie was the total badassery of Faora-Ul :delpiero: (completely stole the show from Michael Shannons Zod, who wasnt given much to work with, and what he had to work with felt dissapointing from him)

Oh wait, you mean the movie from last year? I mean the one with Travolta, that was a wtf horrible sci fi excuse meant to be scientology propoganda.

Movies I watched last week:
The Master - very well made but too artsy fartsy for my taste. The plot goes nowhere and the dialogue is too vague (attempt at being artsy fartsy). The acting is first class though from both Pheonix and Hoffman.

Looper - entertaining movie
Up in the air - entertaining movie to fall asleep to.
