The Graduate - finally got around to watching this. A decent watch but a bit overrated IMO, just because it's regarded as a classic and it stars a young Dustin Hoffman.

The Brave One - good performances by Jodie Foster and Terrence Howard as always, but I found the ending a bit implausible, and the movie's attempt to explore morals kind of fell flat in that you end up just looking forward to Jodie whacking another perp.

Carlito's Way - good old school Al Pacino gangster movie, before they became tired and recycled. Loved Sean Penn's performance too.

True Legend

Very rare such a GOOD martial arts movies are made nowadays, very well done and straight up raw Kung Fu action movie aken to the old school ones. Most of the cast are new to me, except the director Woo-ping Yuen, who is usually been the fight coreographer for any kung scene you prolly ever seen lol, also same guy who done one of the best old school martial arts movies I seen, especially Iron Monkey.

Brothers Bloom was indeed meh. A few good ideas, but didn't live up to its potential. The director's previous movie (Brick) was better.

Last movie I saw was Devil. Despite M. Night Shymalan's having something to do with this, the movie didn't suck. Not great either though, obviously.

Before that, Reservation Road, also meh. And Dossier K was also meh, but the Del Piero references cracked me up.

The Fighter- an average boxing movie but the performance of Christian Bale is outstanding

though funny as hell seeing Bale playing Whalbergs older brother of 10 years
