just like i thought, the issue is not Sarri tactics but the veterans on this squad not doing enough in their leadership roles. Guys like Chiellini, Buffon, Ronaldo all lack Sarri's history of leading top teams to successful seasons.

This is a poor translation with no context to maximize drama. It was a question that the dazn interviewer asked:
"I grandi giocatori di personalità quanto possono aiutarti?"
