I agree, somewhat.

On the other hand, not renewing players who are useful may not be such a good idea if you end up keeping the useless bums. I mean, how many changes can we realistically expect or afford?
I don't think we're keeping any of the useless bums. Also, I would rather keep Rabiot for the next season than pay Dybala 10m net for the next 4 or 5

wasn't impressed by the news on his actions at ferrari, but i'm starting to like this guy. seems ruthless, juve comes first. too many mercenaries and overpaid players around the club lately, we needed his attitude.

forza bene
Glad you came around on that one. Next you will agree with Chiellini out.

Who do you keep, also isn't it better to keep it up in the air make em work harder for it until end of season
Of the ones with ending contracts: Definitely De Sciglio & Cuadrado. Perin as well, probably.

As for Dybala, that situation should have been dealt with much sooner. Losing Dybala is one thing, losing him for the grand total sum of €0 is absolute bullshit. And that's what bothers me.
Not renewing contracts is easy enough. Everyone can do that.
But let's wait & see what the team will look like next August. The first few months with the new guys in charge have been pretty decent in terms, so I'm not going to complain just yet.

The problem is that in order to renew Dybala, you had to give him a HUGE salary. Then.. once you do that.. who are the suitors you can sell him to?

Because clearly he has no suitors NOW and he's a bosman. So who was going to give us a big fee with a monster salary attached?

If he does the same with Chiellini he will become an instant legend. This club has accommodated players' personal wishes far too long.

Oh you wanna slay one more season so you play another WC? How is that Juve's problem ffs?

What makes you think Dybala would have went?

He already rejected transfers before, always had issues with image rights and according to Arrivabene his agent in December asked if they are free to talk with other clubs.

It will be a sad fap. But a necessary sad fap. Chiellini has been using Juve for 2 years now to train for the Azzurri and then you end up with Rugani in a knockout match.
He barely featured this season, he probably will retire after the World Cup. He should consider it either way

i've been telling for years that this squad is full of overpaid players. happy that you came around on this. :p

i wanted chiellini to stay for this season and i still think that after the euros it was right to keep him. and i already said that this should have been his last season.

For sure almost all are overpaid. Except Locatelli or Perin :howler:

Overpaid players to take care of bene.
    Rabiot
    Ramsey
    Arthur
    Sandro
    BonBon
    Berna
    Rugano
    Szczesny
De Ligt (has potential but doesn't deserve that salary, not even close)
Danilo(useful, but way too much for a backup)
