I hate this kind of reasoning. You cannot extrapolate performances to other games. Each game and team is different. We literally beat Inter just a few days ago…. which is impossible according to your logic.
Inter didn't take their chances is what happened. What we are doing exactly what Spurs are like now, disgusting football enough to beat mediocre teams but falling short against the better teams.

It’s not pretty but at least it’s effective. We’ve not conceded in 5 league games in a row and that definitely isn’t a coincidence

We’re sterile as hell going forward but we’re showing more heart and determination so that’s a big step in the right direction

@Xperd won't like it but let's not shoot the messenger:

Juventus have won and have not conceded a goal for five consecutive #SerieA matches, the last time they reached such a run was December 2018, again with Massimiliano Allegri on the bench. Concreteness.

Right now I don't think about formations, solutions have to be found when there are problems. Players aren't machines: you don't restart them. Pogba hasn't played for 7 months, Chiesa hasn't played for 10."

But you can't always win or always lose, we go our way, young people have played, and the team is doing well. We have to be optimistic, with serenity and patience results will come."

- Allegri

Man it sucks we were not fortunate enough to play a CL final against Tottenham, but against two of the best teams of the game. Idk why anyone would play down those CL runs.
do we not make fun of milan for 4th place scudetto? or napoli? or inter?

but somehow juve LOSING finals is an achievement to celebrate like we won? this is ok and gets a pass?

Cut the loss, stop the bleeding, and street the fuck outta him so that we can start building a team and a healthy culture. Not this defeatist-"1-0 is all we can pray for, I only teach how to defend"-bullshit.

When was the last time that, not just Juve, any Italian side (not coached by Allegri) had a good run in the CL? Inter in 2009? lol @Lion probably still had hair back then lol

Roma made the semis in 2019 or 18. atalatna in 2020

btw it's really not an achievement AT all. in 2017 juve spent 170m in signings. it's not like they had a team of bums.

do we not laugh at city or psg for not winning the trophy depsite money spent? why those teams reaching final isn't considered acheivmenet? is it money? you think juve isn't spending money. 90m for higuain isn't big enough for you big boy?

Might try and see some middle ground.

Acknowledging it as a nice achievement is not 'celebrating like we won it' but it's black and white in here ofc.

You're deliberately forgetting to mention the millions we got to sell our stars. City and PSG don't have to sell their starters. They just upgrade their salaries to ridiculous heights. There's no comparing these situations. But go on.
