Great, another guy with no real experience and probably a lover of good ol' 1-0 .

De zerbi almost confirmed as a brighton coach though there were rumours he is waiting for juve.

Well de Zerbi was a very good manager for Sasuolo, won some things with Shakhtar.
Carrera was Conte's apprentice and won the Russian premier league with Spartak Moscow against an over powered Zenit but he has had pretty average results after that.

I would take de Zerbi in a heartbeat provided we don't have other options.
