You mean players at professional level who should already know how to run and press need to be chosen out especially by the board of directors or maybe players such as Sandro and rabiot and Loca should know to challenge the ball when calhanoglu is about to take a fucking open shot at goal? We’ve had 3 coaches last 3 seasons. At some point you have to commit to a guy and give him what he wants. Ain’t no other top manager coming here.
We’re top of our CL group and 4p behind a CL place. I already said in the summer this squad was nowhere near scudetto contention. People being delusional and just figuring that out now is on them.
If this run continues with his signings you can then put him in the Mourinho bracket as finished and stuck in the past. Until then just ride this season out and have some patience as much as it hurts.

Saying he shouldn't be fired already (too soon and should be given whole season like other coaches, make the decision to continue with or not later imo) and saying 0 blame can be apportioned to him right now, that it's all the fault of players and mgmt and only them are two very diff things.

- We had a crap start to the season, the excuse could be that the manager had to experiment and players had to adjust
- We go on a short run of wins with a couple of clean sheets around the time we beat Chelsea
- For some reason, we cannot play to that level again and lose back to back
- Allegri had a formula that let us win some games, we showed great desire in the Chelsea game but we haven't seen anything since
- We were able to beat Roma and draw against Inter, we showed heart in those games
- Lost to Sassuolo and Verona maybe because of players more than tactics, it's hard to blame tactics 100% when the players let us down more than anything
- The expectation is for Allegri to revolutionise the formation and starting 11, then get an immediate results but this won't happen until the players start playing to their level
- We had an uninspiring but winning formula earlier and we can at least reach that level again
- This squad has major issues in all departments with Szczesny, Sandro, McKennie, Rabiot, Arthur, Bentancur, Bernardschi, Kulusevski, Morata all playing really poorly - you cannot overlook this and one Tchouameni isn't going to fix it

Some Italian journalist noticed today that this squad has 16 internationals being called up by 11 different nations. No the squad is not shit. It's unbalanced yes, but it should be enough to beat the likes of Empoli and Sassuolo at home. Even Udinese or Verona away but the last one is always a banana skin so I wouldn't lose too much sleep over that one as long as we got the shit done in the other games.
You have to blame the coach for the current situation, we're really bad and seems like nothing works. From heads throughout team selection to formation and tactics.

Yes we have useless shit in the squad and that's a just but separate argument toward mismanagement and a catalyst for why we didn't win a CL in all that time but not the culprit to why we can't beat empoli.
