The technical ability of this squad is just shocking..

They can't play themselves out of pressure, let alone string 5 passes together before either having a bad touch or misplace a simple pass.

Allegri should just stick to parking the bus until he gets some players of his choosing in. Whether that be against Chelsea or Sassuolo.
What are the type of players that we know Allegri wants and dont want? Since we know that most of the players acquired during his rule here, are players he didnt want.

Gazzetta:Juventus play casual football, they are confused and without a striker, given what Morata doesn’t do. There isn’t a clear project, but only the commitment by single players.’

I mean even the likes of Khedira, he wasn't technical but he made up for it with his IQ. He also rarely lost the ball in dangerous areas. The norm now is the opposite, low IQ players who constantly lose the ball.

We're not asking for Kroos, Thiago or Verratti. That Napoli player Anguissa is an example of the type of player profile Juve should look for. Cheap, strong, hungry, good stamina, decent technique and football IQ. Low ego player who the manager can shape into whatever he wants.

am really finding tuzers who are in hurry to hang Allegri's head are impatient ... and radiate " we are doomed " vibes around ...why ?

is he not allowed to lose .... like others ...

our team main problem since 4 years now ....our mid is not creative or our personal are not creative enough

the man plays on what he have and he doesnt need to prove his intelligence as a coach ..

maybe his tinkering on 442 is coming to an end and he needs quickly find a new formation ...which i believe he will ..

regarding the performance overall , i would agree it is not good but this is the case since he left and his predecessors did not fix it

l would say ...priority is getting results over performance until we find a real playmaker or deeplying playmaker

trust him he will tinker his way back ...our playboy mate ...is not a loser !

I doubt that Pjanic and Khedira at their current respective age would be any worse than our current midfield. Sure Pjanic and Khederia may not have the legs, but at least they were intelligent players and Matuidi, though not as smart, always played his heart out.

I can't believe I'm saying this but even Berna, as dumb as he is, at least gives his all.

in his last season matuidi was a level below rabiot, who hasn't played for almost a season back then, and sarri was reluctant to launch him. khedira retired. pjanic turned to shit after pavle bragged about his prophecy on him, and apparently never recovered.

i rated those players, but their time was clearly up. in hindsight i'd say all of them overstayed a bit. it's a separate issue that their replacements aren't up to the task. and looking at them in a vacuum, they aren't even that bad. too bad that only locatelli is at starter juve level, the others seriously lack something, be it intelligence, technical qualities, mentality or simply fitness. and while pjanic, khedira and matuidi make a balanced trio, the same can't really be said about any three of our current mids. i'd try bentancur, loca and arthur for a month if arthur could play 90 minutes regularly though.

Matuidi knew exactly what he could do and even better what he couldn’t do. Therefore he never really brought us in troubles, he knew his limits and adapted to it.
Last season of Matuidi was terrible though. I still remember that fucked up pass/cross vs nipples which ended up a counter for them from which they scored. It was worse than Cuadrado's from yesterday.

I'd hate to be in Allegri's shoes now, he clearly struggles to figure out the current squad and a working system for these players.

Chiellini: ''allegri sucks''

Chiellini said Donnarumma is very similar to Juventus legend Gigi Buffon and admitted he could try to sign him for the Bianconeri after the end of his playing career.

“Right now, it’s not up to me,” said Chiellini smiling.

“In a few years, if I will do something different, then yes, I will try. For now, I can’t. Buffon and Donnarumma have different characteristics, but Gigio is not an average goalkeeper.”

Damn it, man. Chiellini hates Allegri so much that he pronounces his name with a small first letter. Pfff

Allegri: "We should start to score more goals, otherwise it will be difficult to One goal per game is not enough. We need balance. We are in no position to have any targets this season"
Holy shit. 1-0 is enough crowd narrative is shattered. Someone check on post ironic he might be on suicide watch.

Matuidi, Khedira and Pjanic are far better players than what we have right now. Even if they weren't exactly what I expected from a Juve mid.
The vast majority of this forum wanted them all out though, especially Pjanic. Most said he was past it and wanted replacements, such as Locatelli for instance. So folks can't have it both ways.

Honestly, the midfield isn't THAT much worse. Sure, it's worse considering Pjanic and Matuidi were always decent, veteran players. But Locatelli is supposed to be one of the best young mids in Europe (some here even said he was the best midfielder at the Euros), and Rabiot was very good with PSG especially as a DM, IMO. Arthur was never really good for Barca from what I saw, looked even worse last year, now fans suddenly want him to start, perhaps because they're grasping at straws for something to hold onto. Doubt that's going to work.

All this aside, this whole discussion is asinine since obviously all of these players are better than Empoli or Sassuolo. Locatelli had a horrible game against the latter and couldn't even celebrate against his old side. Everyone wanted Allegri back because he gets results regardless of players, but he's simply not doing that, sorry. So there isn't a reason to sugar coat it for any particular party, players or staff.
